⚠️ Committee fraud — the 5 rules that stop it
- Everything in writing: this register, signed by every member, kept by the pot holder of the month
- One agreed payment channel — money goes to the pot holder's own registered account, never to a "manager"
- Anyone pressuring you to skip the register "because we're family/friends" is the #1 warning sign
- The organizer taking a "cut" every month on top of the agreed amount = stop and renegotiate in writing
- New member replacing someone who exits? Write the swap on the register and get all signatures — no verbal handovers
