👨👩👧👦 Family Cyber-Emergency Card — the first hour
Cut this out (or print it) and fill it in today. In an emergency nobody googles well — the numbers must already be on paper.
🚨 Phone lost or stolen — first 60 minutes
- 0–5 min: Call your mobile operator to block the SIM (save helplines below)
- 5–10 min: From any other device, log out / lock the phone (Find My Device for Android, iCloud for iPhone)
- 10–20 min: Change email + banking passwords from a SAFE device (not the stolen phone's synced accounts)
- 20–40 min: Call your bank(s) + JazzCash/EasyPaisa helplines to freeze accounts
- 40–60 min: Visit the franchise with CNIC to re-issue SIM; then report to police + NCCIA
💳 Money scammed / unauthorized transaction
- Call the bank/wallet helpline IMMEDIATELY — ask them to freeze and recall the transfer
- Screenshot everything: SMS alerts, the scam chat, the ad, the receiver's number/IBAN
- File with NCCIA (online via nccia.gov.pk or helpline 1991) the same day
- Do NOT pay the scammer anything more to "recover" your money
👤 Account hacked / blackmail / impersonation
- Do not pay and do not negotiate — paying increases demands
- Use the platform's own "report hacked account / impersonation" form (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp all have one)
- Tell one trusted adult — shame is the blackmailer's weapon; silence is what they want
- Report to NCCIA with screenshots; keep the threat messages (do not delete)

Family rule: anyone can report an emergency without fear of scolding — a child who tells on day 1 saves the family money; a child who hides it for a week loses it. Verify all helpline numbers on official websites and update this card every 6 months.
