PMYP Application Checklist

🏛️ PM Youth Programme (PMYP) — apply the safe way

All PMYP schemes (business loans, skill courses, laptop scheme, etc.) are free to apply through the official portal: pmyp.gov.pk — always type the address yourself; never enter your CNIC or bank details on a link sent by someone on WhatsApp/Facebook.

✅ Before you apply

• Confirm you meet the age / education / income criteria for the specific scheme (each scheme's rules are on pmyp.gov.pk — read the current official page)
• CNIC is valid and details (name spelling, address) are correct — mismatches cause rejections
• Your own email address and phone number — the account must be YOURS, not an agent's
• Scanned/photographed documents ready: CNIC, education documents, any scheme-specific form
• For loan schemes: a short, honest business plan (what you will sell, to whom, expected monthly income/costs)

📝 Applying (15 minutes)

• Open pmyp.gov.pk and find the scheme page (loans / skills / laptop)
• Register YOUR account with your own CNIC, email and mobile number
• Fill the application form yourself — wrong entries from "agents" are the top rejection reason
• Upload clear photos/scans of documents (all 4 corners visible, no blur)
• Save the application/tracking number you receive; screenshot the confirmation page
• Check status only on the official portal using that tracking number

🚩 Agent scams — how they work

• "Guaranteed selection for a fee" — selection is never guaranteed or sold
• "We will fill your form, just send CNIC + fee" — your data gets misused and applications get rejected
• Fake portals/apps with names like "PMYP Loan Registration 2026" — check the address bar: pmyp.gov.pk only
• Anyone demanding advance money for a free government scheme is committing a crime — report to NCCIA (helpline 1991)
