What this is
Not a certificate itself — the official method to earn Coursera certificates free. Most Pakistani learners don't know it exists.
How to apply
- Open the course page → next to "Enroll", choose "Financial aid available" → Continue to application.
- Answer the two essays honestly: why you need aid, how the course helps your goals (150+ words each). Copy-paste answers get rejected.
- Apply for each course in a specialization separately; approval takes up to 15 days.
Format
No exam — just the application. Once approved you get full graded access + certificate for that course.
Pakistani tips
- Apply to 5-6 courses at once so approvals arrive together.
- This is the single biggest money-saver on this entire hub: Google certificates become effectively free.
