Why this certificate

Google's IT Support certificate is the most recognised entry-level IT credential worldwide — no degree or experience needed. Pakistani support and NOC jobs increasingly list it.

How to prepare (free route)

• Audit free: open the Coursera professional certificate and audit each of the 5 courses.
• Apply for Financial Aid on each course (click "Financial aid available") — write the two short essays honestly; approval usually takes ~15 days. If approved, you get the full graded experience and certificate free.
• Study order: Technical Support Fundamentals → Bits & Bytes → Operating Systems → Networking → System Administration.
• Take notes in your own words — the graded quizzes check concepts, not memory.

Exam / assessment format

No single exam. Pass graded quizzes, labs and the final capstone in each course; earn all 5 course certificates to get the professional certificate.
