Said my old Rs. 40,000 prize bond had won Rs. 35 lakh in a special draw, but Rs. 85,000 "withholding tax" must be paid first to release the cheque to my address. Asked me to stay on the phone and go to the nearest Easypaisa shop while he guided the transfer.
